Terms & Conditions

Last updated: September 30, 2026

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of LearningNeurons (the "Service"). By creating an account, checking the agreement box shown at sign-up or first login, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility and accounts

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you confirm you have a parent or guardian's permission to use the Service.
  • You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity that happens under your account.
  • You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.
  • One person may not maintain more than one account for the purpose of gaining an unfair advantage (for example, on the leaderboard or in a graded interview).

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Submit or run code intended to attack, disrupt, gain unauthorized access to, or exfiltrate data from our judge/execution environment, other users, or any third-party system (including attempts at sandbox escape, denial-of-service, or cryptocurrency mining).
  • Cheat in graded problems, mock interviews, or assessments — including sharing solutions in a way intended to circumvent evaluation, or using another person's account.
  • Post or transmit content that is unlawful, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, infringing, or that impersonates another person, on the community feed, in chat, or during a live meeting.
  • Record, redistribute, or publish a live meeting or its recording without the consent of the mentor and other participants.
  • Scrape, reverse-engineer, or use automated means to access the Service beyond normal, individual use, or resell access to the Service without our written permission.
  • Upload malware, or content that infringes someone else's intellectual property rights.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section, remove offending content, and, where appropriate, report unlawful activity to the relevant authorities.

3. Live meetings

Mentors may schedule live meetings with a maximum duration and may extend an in-progress meeting in small increments, up to an overall hard limit; a meeting ends automatically once that limit is reached. Mentors may mute, restrict camera or screen-share access for, or remove a participant from a meeting they host, to keep sessions orderly. If a mentor records a meeting, all participants are notified and, by remaining in the meeting, consent to being recorded; recordings are made available to that meeting's participants and are subject to this section's restrictions on redistribution.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you create on the Service (posts, comments, code, notes). By posting or submitting content, you grant LearningNeurons a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and distribute that content solely as needed to operate and improve the Service (for example, showing your posts to other users, or using your code submissions to compute test results). You're solely responsible for the content you submit and confirm you have the rights to share it.

5. Our content and intellectual property

The Service, including its problems, learning content, design, and software (excluding your own content), is owned by LearningNeurons or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service except as this license allows or as the Service's own features (like sharing a post) permit.

6. Subscriptions and payments

  • LearningNeurons offers Free, Plus, and Pro subscription tiers with different feature limits. Paid tiers are billed for the period you select at checkout and are processed by Razorpay; we do not store your card or bank details.
  • Subscriptions do not renew automatically — each purchase covers a single billing period, and you'll need to purchase again to continue a paid tier after it ends.
  • Prices may change; any change will apply to purchases made after the change takes effect, not to a period you've already paid for.
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us at the email in Section 10 if you believe you were charged in error.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any AI-generated content (including from Nova, AI Teacher, or interview feedback) is accurate or complete — always verify anything important yourself.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LearningNeurons and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the 12 months before the claim arose.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, or if we discontinue the Service or a feature of it, with notice where reasonably possible.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above, and where appropriate, ask you to re-accept them before you can continue using the Service. Contact us with questions at support@morningstarr.tech.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles, unless a different jurisdiction is required by the law applicable to you.
